and directly from our farm. Our aim is to encourage others to choose

Our garlic is hand planted, harvested, cleaned and prepared without the use of chemicals and heavy machinery. It is ideal for people who enjoy quality food, are conscious of their health and the health of the environment.

We specialise in garlic braids
but also sell loose bulbs by weight. The number of bulbs in a braid is governed by the size and weight of
bulbs. Want more bulbs in a braids? We can be custom make larger braid on request.
Our 2012 garlic harvest included 3 varieties (nb Each bulb contains around 10 cloves)
Purple-striped Rocambole is our early variety mid-strength full flavoured garlic.
Silverskin White garlic is our strongest flavoured garlic with plenty of kick for lovers of full strength garlic flavour available January 2013 .
White Artichoke variety is our mildest garlic, with less kick, but still with plenty of flavour for those who like a gentler taste available January 2013.

Where can you buy Green Temple garlic?
We will be selling our early 2012 season purple striped Rocambole at local Farmers Markets (Wodonga Hume, Mooroopna, Yarrawonga and Euroa) from December until April. We sell braids, dried flakes of garlic and pickled garlic in 3 flavours (sweet natural pickles, spicy Mediterranean and salty garlic with beetroot Moroccan style). We also have a great range of garlic accessories.

Naturally solar dried garlic whole
flakes rehydrates when cooked. Use crushed, powdered or as whole
flakes. Great in soups, sauces and pizza toppings. Make delicious
mashed potatoes by adding powdered dry flakes. This product maintains a
subtle fresh garlic flavour. This product is 25g. We advise that you only crush what you need however it may be more convenient for you crush all at once. You may notice that the product cakes a little but it just needs a shake. We don't use any additives or anti-caking agents just sundried garlic flakes. |
